The GET READY START commitment to you, your unemployed or newly employed learner does not end here. Our research shows how vital support and mentorship is to our youth, especially if from disadvantaged communities, as they START their pre-training to post-training and into the workplace.
GET READY START adopts a whole life approach to the learner to consider their life and family background. We give the learner a better chance to START their employment by overcoming the obstacles of insufficient education or qualification, lack of personal career goals or work experience.
For the client, we offer mentorship support that can START during or post-training and continue for up to 3 years of employment. We will facilitate by regular communication with your new employee, via a focused project-management approach that evaluates risk to every placement and future workplace opportunities by Impact Assessment.
